There are many ways to help restore our democracy. We need volunteers to help call/email state representatives and reach out to the community. We need our state representatives to recognize that they have the power to get corporate money out of our elections.
Corporate money in our election system is the only issue in the United States. Money affects all the decisions that out elected officials make from the budget, to defense, to healthcare, foreign policy, and even social issues.
Wall Street has an immense amount of influence on our government. Our politicians are not beholden to the people who elect them but to the people who fund their campaigns.
A Constitutional Amendment is the only way to get money out of politics and end corporate personhood.
